We do not treat your data as a commodity. We treat it as an extension of your legacy. This Privacy Protocol outlines exactly how we safeguard your information, ensuring that your digital experience with our studio is as secure as the physical heirlooms we craft for you.
Information We Capture
To provide our bespoke services, we must process certain fragments of data. We keep this collection strictly limited to what is necessary for production and communication.
Direct Communications
When you submit an inquiry, we collect your name, email address, event dates, and the creative brief you provide. This information is used exclusively to script, plan, and execute your production.
Digital Interactions
As you navigate our cinematic portfolio, we capture anonymized telemetry (via Google Analytics 4) to understand which films and galleries resonate most. This includes general geographic regions, device types, and interaction times.
Production Metadata
During an active contract, we securely store location details, VIP guest lists (if provided for logistical purposes), and the raw digital media captured during your event.
The Archive & Security
Your raw media and final cinematic exports are stored on encrypted, redundant studio servers. We utilize isolated storage arrays to prevent unauthorized access.
Retention Timeline: We retain administrative data (contracts, invoices) for the legally mandated period required by Dutch law (typically 7 years). High-resolution digital masters of your films and photos are kept in our secure vault indefinitely as a courtesy backup for our elite clients, unless explicitly requested to be purged.
We never sell, trade, or lease your personal data to third-party marketing firms. Your information is only shared with our trusted production partners (e.g., second shooters, high-end print labs in Italy) strictly for the execution of your contracted services.
Your Sovereign Rights
Under the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), you retain full sovereignty over your digital footprint. You possess the right to:
